Got some good snaps of a team of three on DoWH from Quartz Icicle on Saturday around lunchtime. If this was you, drop me a message and I’ll fire them over.

How did you like quartz icicle? I did the first pitch last year, need to go back and do the second one now 

Absolute belter! Route finding not that obvious on P2, but crux is definitely that sequence on the quartz low down on P1.

Thought Quartz Icicle was brilliant, the top pitch is well worth doing. We had tense discussions over which way to go with conflicting guide books, the Gogarth Ground Up topo was spot on in the end. 

Interesting! I found the crux of P1 at the end where it steepens up slightly, but that may have been because I was tired by that point.
