Multi-pitch climbs up to 120m in a tranquil setting accessible from Oslo. Descent either by abseil or walk down the path to the north. There are trad routes and some aid routes too. Protection is generally very good with wires and friends. Very good blueberries on top of the crag.
From Oslo, follow the E18 west towards Drammen. Leave this at a junction signed Drobak and road 23. Go round the roundabout and onto the 285 going north. After about 2.5Km keep left onto a smaller road towards Egge. After passing Egge, there is a small road on the left signed Eiksetra. Follow this road for about 2km to a small lake and park just past this. 100m past the lake, a path leads into the forest towards the south. Follow this to the base of the crag, passing a tarn. The crag should now be visible.
There may be a climbing ban due to nesting peregrine falcons from 1st March to 1st August.
Please check here.
A notice at the base of the crag describes the restriction.
