This is the obvious slab on the elongated sea stack just north of the Main Wall peninsular. Rock is the good quality, fine-grained Perelle gneiss.
There may be potential for very difficult routes on the overhanging eastern (landward) side above the gully.
Sugar slab is the obvious slab just north of the coupee to Main Wall with a chimney at it's northern end.
Access is as for Main Wall, then follow your nose and cross a gully which needs quite a big low tide to cross, so mind you don't get cut off.
