Steep limestone sport climbing in the heart of Grazer Bergland. Routes range from 5c to around 8b. Most routes around 25-30m with the occasional mega line up to 35m. Weiße Wand offers a good variety of climbing and is quite popular in the spring and autumn months. Also suitable on dry winter days with plenty of sunshine in the afternoon. Rock quality is surprisingly good despite its somewhat chossy appearance.
Stick to the Bärenschutzklamm hiking trail passing the hut on entry to the Klamm - from here another 5 mins up a steep gravel forest road and you will see the imposing overhanging face of the Weiße Wand on your right-hand side.
Approach time: 1 hour from Mixnitz
