Grades Comparison Tables

The following grade table is taken from the Rockfax web site. This table makes an attempt at comparing the British E-grade with other grading systems. There is much more about the Britich grading system on the Rockfax web site, including a high quality PDF version of this table, plus adapted tables for Safe Routes and Bouldering Grades.

International Grade Table

The table below is based on the one collated by Ellert. This version is slightly different, in that most of the grading systems have been made more linear. This one is kept because it includes many more grades although the conversion from the British E-grade is vague. It is more useful in comparing the more linear systems across the World.
