Never an out-every-weekend climber, but did many Scottish IV/V classics and alpine D/TD/+ north faces and ridges between 1967 and 1981, and many Munros and several alpine peaks on skinny skis after that. Still do the occasional easy climb in the Highlands.

Location
NE England and Strathspey

Best Climbing Experience
Top ten would include classics on the Italian side of Mt Blanc, nordwands in the Oberland, an early ascent of Orion on the Ben, exploratory mountaineering in the western Karakoram, Cairngorm Six Tops on skis.

Nant Blanc face of the Aiguille Verte. Charlet's route, right up the middle, is a brilliant climb.
