Annoying Twit

I enjoy reading about extreme adventure, having reached a time in my life when I realise that I'm never going to drive a sportscar through Paris with the warm wind in my hair. Then I can go up the easy-peasy climbs in Bradgate Park where it's said that many a child has had their first scramble and be all pretentious about making sure I have three points of contact at all times when I'm about 3m from the bottom of an outcrop of rocks.

My son and I go climbing at our local climbing wall.

Best Climbing Experience
Climbing Mnt Tongariro on a school trip way back when before there was modern excessive H&S regulations. So, I've climbed a mountain higher than Ben Nevis :-)
Though, we did start walking on the volcanic plateau, so it's not like we trekked from sea level.
