Started out as trad climbing on Northumbrian sandstone. Currently focussing mostly on sport in an attempt to get as fit as I can before I'm totally past it. Then I'll go back to bumbling around on trad.

Anything Else We Should Know
I refuse to subscribe to the 'good old days were so much better than today and all modern young climbers are all wall-bred wimps' attitude that appears to characterise 95% of UKCers over the age of 50.
