I'm a middle aged bloke who has been climbing for a good few years. I have over seven Scottish Seasons under my belt, best ever lead being Point Five Gully. Three french summer Alpine trips, two trips to La Grave seconding grade V. In 1997 I visited Tibet, cycled 2000 miles and climbed two 6,000 metre peak.
Last April and May I returned to the Himalaya and had an amazing trip. I knocked off two five and half thousand metre peaks and crossed the Three Valleys passes, as well as visiting EBC. After that I headed over to Pokara and visited the Annapurna Sanctuary. It was the best mountain experience I've ever had mainly due to the wonderful people I trekked with.
I'm quite a serious yet sensitive guy and I like to post on UKC to see if my frame of reference to this world is any different to the majority of you. I don't troll, despite what you may think.
