Mid-grade punter. Prone to occasional delusions of grandeur, especially when leafing through guidebooks from the comfort of home - onsight grade improving with increased Guinness consumption.

Appreciate ‘following in the footsteps’ and enjoy learning about the history of climbing.

Happiest after big mountain days - find it hard to beat that feeling after a big walk in and day packed full of fear, laughter, conversation and fantastic climbing. That said, I’m glad to just be out on anything in far from perfect conditions.
