I've just started climbing recently, and i am still trying to improve my strength and flexibility as i feel that they are holding me back at the moment. i am looking to do more outdoors climbing as i have only really done indoors climbing so far and i want to be out in the fresh air! i have taken to bouldering just recently, in an attempt to increase my skill, but i have got the basics down.
