Highly active climber with a passion for movement over rock. The feeling of the rock and the sensation of climbing smoothly from move to move and moving in control in an inherently risky place is a fantastic feeling. I find every route satisfying and love the places climbing takes me and the things that I wouldn't experience without it. As well as the actual climbing, I love being a climber, the climbing scene and the banter experienced with partners and groups of climbers is great and becomes a life style, and a part of who you are. Long mountain trad and multi-pitch sea cliffs are up there with the my favorite days but also enjoy pushing closer to my limit on single pitch routes. Currently leading up to VS 4c and trying to get out as often as possible; keen to become a more rounded climber and adopt bouldering and sport climbing.Climb much better on technical slabs or walls and struggle a little when it gets steep or thrutchy; however, I'm working on this! Also done a fair amount of winter, alpine and expedition climbing.
As for me personally, I'm a student that'll soon be studying Medical Science at Edinburgh College of Medicine and hope to progress and work in a clinical research position but really just happy to go with the flow and see where my degrees take me.
