Currently on a UKC break. It's not complete as I'm reading a little and will still post occasionally (I'm also still updating my logbook). No real reason for the break, I'm not even sure why I'm having one myself! Sure I'll be back before too long....

Normally lead to about VS and second to about 5a/5b. Both grades are lower on crack climbs althought the difference is decreasing.

UKC Volunteer
Moderator for 16 crags, checking missing climbs added to the logbooks: Cave Creek, Sam's Throne, Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, Mount Magazine State Park, Fern Gully, Haw Creek, Jackson Falls, Trappers Camp, Cliff Drive, Wichita Mountains ... plus 6 more, Warsaw, Stack Rock, Shady Grove (PMRP), Pebble Beach, The Zoo, Candy Mountain

Interests Outside Climbing
Travelling - currently trying to knock off all 50 U.S. states. No longer go there a lot with work so the plan has stalled a bit off late. About halfway at the moment!

Also enjoy walking, 5-a-side football, swimming, badminton and squash althoug I'm not getting much of any of these done at the moment. Otherwise I spend my time reading, supporting West Ham and drinking.

More of a landscape photographer than a people photgrapher, although I'm starting to take more photos of people climbing.

Anything Else We Should Know
I've getting towards the end of a a PhD in Bioinformatics at Manchester Uni so am no longer such a lazy arse post grad but still manage to find a lot of time to climb.
