French Erick

Born 1979.
French expat living in Scotland. I grew up in the Ubaye valley (southern Alps) and it all started there. I used to be a better rider (ski/ telemark/ snowboard) than a climber but I'm away from the slopes and I really enjoy my climbing now . I earn a living by trying to teach French to Scottish teenagers (who by and large are not interested...delayed gratification not being a teenager's forte.)

Interests Outside Climbing
Books (and sadly enough dictionaries...).
My first love are tracks free powder fields with any guns on my feet.
Canoeing (no not kayaking...one blade action).
MTB- although I would not call myself a biker (I just tag along with them).
Most DIY; just because I grudge the money when it's possible to do as well myself.
