Worked in climbing walls and competitions since 1989.
I am one of the bods behind the Climbing Works in Sheffield and Gravity Climbing in Dublin. I am also heavily involved with the IFSC - the international competition federation.
Am a bit of a socialist/hippy when the opportunity arises though am realistic (I hope) :-)
Best Climbing Experience
Lots. But highlights include:
The Manta (Bowden Doors), Spiral Summit (Utah), Agony (Castle Rock in the Lakes, 1st HVS and subsequently 1st E1 when it got upgraded) plus lots of others including a month in Arapiles putting plastic dinosaurs all over the place.
But generally memories are about people, places and trips/days rather than routes.

Why climbing should be in the Olympics.
And why 3PS is either HVS or E1 but not E0.
Interests Outside Climbing
Football - Sunderland AFC in particular.
Cricket - watching England, especially live.
Wine - have no taste buds but am hoping they will come back after giving up tabs.
Helping develop competitions through working for the IFSC both as IFSC Technical Delegate for World Cups and as an International Judge.
Winning sporting related bets with my Scottish friends ;-)

Occasional competence, general incompetence.
Anything Else We Should Know
Beer is not very cheap in Australia but wine is dirt cheap, as is port :-)
