Best Climbing Experience
too many to choose a best but these are some memorable ones (most recent first)

- watching the first sunrise of 2012 from 'la guerre sainte' in wadi rum. up there with 'fiesta' as a contender for the best multipitch sport route ever?

- climbing on the naranjo de bulnes with a perfect cloud inversion below, following a week waiting in the cloud and rain [after an entire night of throwing up and stomach cramps, getting up at 4am and climbing for 12hrs was also THE worst climbing experience of my life!]

- 'fiesta de los biceps' at riglos. the best multipitch sport route in the world?

- finishing salbit west ridge after a looong day climbing and a monumental epic the night before

- a week in cavallers with perfect weather, amazing granite, no people, and beautiful wild camping

- clipping the chains of 'kalea borroka' after months of effort. The route I had most wanted to do since arriving in siurana (and also my first F8b+)

- soloing 'electric blue' at rhoscolyn in the late evening sunshine at the end of a great day of on-sighting

- topping out on stetind (arctic norway) at midnight with a beautiful orange sunset/sunrise over the fjords...then rushing back down to the tent before the rain started

- flashing 'l'abbe resina' straight out of the car after driving through the night to font...then chilling for the rest of the morning in the forest with beer & pastries

- 'high noon' at caley. by no means my hardest, but probably the route I'd most wanted to on-sight

- first ever trip to font - young, psyched, crammed into a formula 1 with good mates and totally blown away by it
