Best Climbing Experience
As most people say, it's hard to pick only one. I love cragging but it's the bigger, more adventurous routes that tend to stand out for me. The Kuffner Arete for having such straightforward climbing in an incredible position, in the company of one of my best pals. Zodiac will always be memorable, climbed with a good mate, the banter flowing, having never tried a pitch of C3+ before, both of us wondering if we were up to the task all the way to the top. True Brit bumbly style and proud of it. Fil a Plomb, again with a good mate, at the end of three fantastic weeks of climbing and skiing – a fitting end to a fun and productive trip. In fact, the link between all of these days and why they were special is the friends they were done with – far more important than the climbing itself!
