Climbed for many years, started in the Army when posted to N Devon. Had many a summers evening on Baggy Point where I got the climbing bug. Since then I have been to the Alps about 4x having done some of the classic routes, Monch, Matterhorn and many of the Chamonix peaks.Comfortable leading up to trad HVS and could possibly second E2 with a push! Sport routes pushing F6b
Live in Reading on the M4 so on the route to Wales or the North. I am ML (S) and SPA qualified and currently working towards my ML (W) assessment.
Love being out and climbing although like everything I cant take it to seriously (people really have a favorite rock type?!!)...its there to be enjoyed after all :-)

Best Climbing Experience
All of them from starting at Baggy Point Devon to rock climbing in Wales to big mountain routes in the Alps. Had some good trips to Spain Penon, Sella etc and a epic on the Hornli ridge that I wont forget in a hurry.

Anything Else We Should Know
Climbing at Swindon Wall on regular basis, can get time off mid week for trips away, like a laugh and like a beer (or two) Im happy to help novices or bring up the gear for all you annoyingly good climbers out there.. as long as Im out and climbing Im happy.
