Been living in the French Pyrenees for a few years now, first in the Ariege but now near Aspet further along the chain. Loving the amazing mountain biking that we have on our doorstep and also the mile after mile of quiet roads which make it road biking heaven! We've also got loads of possibilities for mountain running, ski de randonnee, climbing etc etc I wouldn't live anywhere else.

Best Climbing Experience
Onsighting my first VS (Inverted V) on the grit. On sighting a fantastic 32m high 6a+ route at Sella on the Costa Blanca. Also particuarly enjoyed (in a masochistic kind of way!) my first full-on winter climb, the 400m Golden Oldie on Aonach Mor West Face - exhausting but the view from the top was well worth the effort!
