I'm a late starter, being 29 and only having climbed for the past 4 years with a year break in the middle while my climbing partner had her baby.

The first time I climbed was genuinely a game changing experience for me! I had never experienced anything like it. The physical aspects, the mental and the social are all brilliant!

On a non climbing note I'm a Scot living in England, a vegan living with omnivores and an extrovert in an introvert's body and mind.

Leading the pinnacle pitch of Troutdale Pinnacle; casting looks back at my second cursing her for the idea of even laying hands on this thing and then the immense relief of finding that all important left hand jug round the corner and cruising on past the leg shockingly polished section!
