Getting back to what may be described as "mountaineering" after many years of chasing girls, riding bikes and bagging the odd munro.Used to climb a lot, then didn't.
Used to work every weekend, not now.
Trying to get back to being fit for climbing and getting out from under my wifes feet.

Best Climbing Experience
Warm lakeland rock; classic "easy" mountain routes with friends just soaking up the view - the hand traverse on Corvus; a fine trot along striding edge in perfect winter nick and down to Patterdale for a pint, Napes needle was fun as well.
All this must be strange as i'm Scottish after all!
