Adore climbing – Indoors – Sport – Ice – Alpine – Trad…But I’m still very much in the early stages so learning and finding my ‘niche’.
I’ve been very lucky to spend my holidays for the last 3 years in the Alps (Chamonix & Zermatt Area), clocked up 6 4,000m mountains, a smidgen of ice and a night in the Midi Station.
Trying to spend the rest of my summer focusing on improving my rock climbing by trying to push my grade and gain as much experience on Trad as possible.
Aiming to sneak in more Alpine & Ice at the end of the year/early 2012 but don’t enjoy waiting – Wish I could live my life by the ‘Climb Now – Work Later’ Motto =)
Best Climbing Experience
Mont Blanc - 3 Monts Route - September 2009 - Amazing!
'One Step In The Clouds' - March 2010
Chere Couloir - June 2011 - my first Couloir&this was a incredible route.
Unknown ice climb - Mer Du Glace - June 2011 - realising I'd solo'd a WI4 pitch...left me wanting more ice&even though it was about 15ft this was a breakthrough I thank La Chere for :)
