and long weekends away in Wales stomping up mountain routes.

MTBing (not that often any more), Tennis (recently got back into it), DJing techno and reggae(once in a blue moon these days), reading, watching films, cooking and eating lovely food (Yum!), jogging (with a silent J), trying to make the world a better place.
