My main passion in long moderate traditional climbs in the mountains and I travel to Europe and USA/Canada to find great lines. Iíll climb modestly in winter mostly to support that icy sections found on most really good big lines around the world and go to the wall once or twice a week but never too seriously. I also enjoy pure ice climbing having lived in Canada and climbed a few times now in central and western USA.
I am a Geologist for a large oil company based (for the moment) in Aberdeen, I build maps and try to understand the earth for a living. I have built many classical geology maps while working in the Minerals industry and now build them based on well data, seismic data and remote sensing data.
I take photos as a hobby but wonít post them here. I enjoy big landscapes and abstract work plus I carry an SLR on every climb although I donít like to share them.
