Happily retired. I spent 40 of my 44 working years ersing about on boats. 15 years deep sea with the RN and RFA, ranging from Tromso in the north to South Georgia in the Southern Ocean, USA in the west to Hong Kong and Philipines in the far east, visiting a few dodgy bars and dens of eniquity along the way. My final 25 years were spent with Forth Ports in the port of Grangemouth.

Location
Falkirk

Best Climbing Experience
Hunners'n hunners, nothing hard, too many to mention individually. Lots of classic rock routes and countless winter days in the hills. Family holidays to Slovenia, Austria and the Dolomites and trips with the box o' toys to Norway (ice), Costa Blanca and France clipping bolts. My final Munro being my 4 year old laddie's 1st, climbing Dent Blanche, Eiger and the Matterhorn in a fortnight, ok it was guided but at 50 I wisnae mucking about....biological clock ticking!!!

About My Photography
I know Diddely squat about photography. Only started taking the odd snap a couple of years ago after receiving a wee didgy camera as a gift. I tend to use the "Jesse James" method, shoot from the hip and hope for the best.

Anything Else We Should Know
Tattoos are for life, if you are young and daft, or possibly young and sensible but a tad tipsy, think again!!!
