late comer to rock climbing. 1st lead end 2008 but regular outings started this summer mainly in company of my guru and guide Nick. taking my time, easing into the 'karma', currently just starting to lead severes. mainly forest of dean, north wales when time permitshave also been ski touring in alps are several occaisions. haute route completed 2008

Troutdale Pinnacle Borrowdale. Great weather, no crowds, varied climbing on good rock with superb views and exposure. It had it all.
