Very active between 1966 and 1974 since then have been going backwards, now only climb occassionaly on the grit and scrambles in the hills. Recently ventured onto a scary Via Ferata in France.

9 x TD sup - ED in 3 weeks with Smiler in the summer of 1971, included Matterhorn N. Face, Dru W. Face and taking two Japenese climbers up the Walker Spur.
