Scramble isn't a must but definitely want a route that includes a peak or two. Not though Kinder Scout, Chew Valley area or Pendle Hill.
No scrambling but dovedale is beautiful, leave car at hartington and get the bus down to Ilam then you have about 7 miles back to the car through some spectacular limestone. Tha manifold valley as nice too. Robin hoods stride and the roaches can be classed as scrambling, just find your own routes.
Chrome Hill and Parkhouse Hill from Earl Sterndale and then sort of wander around in a largeish loop to get back for a pint in the Quiet Woman?
Second this walk. The final pinnacle on Park House is hands on. Swing NE after Chrome Hill,at Stoop Farm, and return along the top of the large quarries above Earl Sterndale. No paths on the map but good paths on the ground. Access land I think.
Which OS map number is it???
It's the White Peak one - OL1 or OL2, I think.
