Its been five weeks since I did any training, and my fingers are cramping up painfully when I crimp. I can't hold positions on problems I could link every time, and my endurance is rock bottom. But I will train every day and go to the lakes this weekend - will let you know how much can be clawed back in four days! Its tough, but in the past I have always come back stronger after a few weeks of training. Can be a good thing for your body, especially tendons.
