Here's wishing him a swift recovery -- if you pardon the pun.

Sadly the shoulder isn't likely to be as quick a fix as a collarbone so he may be doubtful for the Olympics -- he's hardly likely to have much form before the squad is announced.

Sound's like he's doing better than me -- I'm off to the docs next week as I'm not convinced that my collarbone was not partially dislocated after my trip to the grass verge a couple of weeks ago. A&E at the time said nothing was broken -- but couldn't see anything else due to the swelling -- but something looks wrong, and there's a bit of 'clicking'.

I can still ride my bike -- so nothing too drastic has happened.
