/ Euro scrambling in October

Hi
I'm looking for a holiday destination for myself and a non-climbing partner in Europe in Mid October. Hoping for some scrambling, a little sunshine and no snow. Any ideas?

In reply to GRUMPY MONKEY: We flew to Amman, the capital. Wadi Rum is unquestionably the climbing/mountaineering mecca of the Middle East, and is easy to get to from either Amman or Aqaba.
