Hi, I have a room available from 18th October, it's approx 14ftx15ft and furnished. It's incredibly cheap, £275pm bills inc!! The flat is approx 3miles from Cockermouth and 12miles from Keswick. A 25min drive from Shepherds Crag Borrowdale! :)
The flat is stunning, part of a 12 century property, views of Skiddaw and river access just metres away.
I'm an outdoor instructor, 31yrs old male.....climber, paddler etc and ideally looking for someone into similar activities roughly around same age.
This is a fantastic opportunity to live in the Lakes in a superb location....just google Isel Hall and you'll see!!
