Love the way this is reported, clearly the reporter has a deep knowledge of climbing:

Don't take the piss - that guy not only scaled the fearsome peaks of Stanage, but traversed rugged terrain to get there.

In reply to Andy Moles: We hear so much about people exploring wild areas abroad, yet we rarely hear about the pioneering climbers beginning to explore our own wilderness areas such as the towering Chiltern ranges.

"Dan, from Sheffield, had to endure freezing cold temperatures as well as navigate course and treacherous rock only using minimal light available."

He, He. Kudos to Dan for getting his piccies in the news but it does rather read like it's written by a 12 year old with a poor grasp of English.

In reply to Jimbo C: "The stunning light trails show how traversed rugged terrain"

I begin to wonder if they did actually ask a 12 year old to write it.

Props to Dan though in getting his pictures widely seen in the media. They are really stunning and creative photographs.
