/ Yahoooooo "Intrepid Dan Arkle scaled the Peak District"!!!
Don't take the piss - that guy not only scaled the fearsome peaks of Stanage, but traversed rugged terrain to get there.
Second picture is Tryfan Fach - nice picture.
"Dan, from Sheffield, had to endure freezing cold temperatures as well as navigate course and treacherous rock only using minimal light available."
err isn't that a head torch on his head?
Interesting why it's being reported now... and the photo's had some fettling since this was posted: http://www.ukclimbing.com/images/dbpage.html?id=103963
Still a great pic though
He, He. Kudos to Dan for getting his piccies in the news but it does rather read like it's written by a 12 year old with a poor grasp of English.
I begin to wonder if they did actually ask a 12 year old to write it.
Props to Dan though in getting his pictures widely seen in the media. They are really stunning and creative photographs.
