 Topic - Tendon twinge

| Felt a wee twinge in left middle finger on an alledged v1/v2 black at MCC today on a warm up - matched sloper to a v small crimp on overhang! Anyhoo v frustrated cos was doing rather well with their winter series comp. Listened to body this time and stopped climbing pretty sharpish cos pain was soo bad. Iced it and tuk ibuprofen. Any other tips? |
