 Topic - 1st leads on The Ben- any tips for ii to iii

Doing the Ben in Jan & March, stopping in CIC Hut so plenty of choice, 1st time leading without a guide, done plenty of iii to v routes seconding & some iii assisted leads, looking for some advice on i to iii routes for starters with maybe a progression to iv once confident.
Main concerns are avalange risk, poor pro routes & getting off the top safely although decended most routes but guided !!
