Firstly ive been climbing for about 2 months and I really love the sport. Ive recently come up against a problem that Is starting to get me a little down. Ive got arthritis in my left hip that makes it very difficult for me to stretch the leg and flex the hip joint to get the better foot holds on indoor walls. Drop knee moves on the left leg are a painful for me and ive not got a lot of strength pushing up on the left leg!
Has anyone got any ideas? exercises? or techniques that may help?
