Ski Report (although dosnt seem to have updated as saying Cairngorm is still closed)
This is useful if you're climbing in Scotland, gives a great picture of where it's snowing right across the country.
The #scotwinter hashtag on Twitter is amazingly useful--real time conditions and photos from climbers of all levels of ability.
#welshwinter or @welshwinter does the same as above for Wales.
As said, great to get live pictures / updates from across twitter.
