Price: £10
2 pairs, one pair in quite good condition and good for up to Scottish VI (Asolo Superlight), one a bit more battered and less technical but very warm (Asolo expeditions), should easily do up to Scottish IV.
Superlight was relative to the boots available at the time, but for the fit (and impecunious) it should not be a problem - I have walked up the Ben plenty of times in them.
The price is a bit nominal, you should at least pay the postage (or collect if you are in London). I would rather see them used for someone's introduction than thrown out and they are perfectly usable, especially the Superlights which are fine. But if you were to give me £10 for my trouble in addition to any postage, it would be appreciated. |
