Did Aonach Eagach yesterday in cold and well frozen conditions. Poor vis but easy going underfoot and turf well frozen for key descents.
Today went up Stop Coire nan Lochain for a nose around. Snow in the Coire was almost waist deep in places with a 4-6in crust. Slopes looked loaded with some evidence of slips already and a few sizeable blocks of slab around. It was snowing hard and blowing a hoolie too so decided not to try and climb anything as finding a safe route off the summit could have been challenging. Original plan was for the Ben tomorrow but slopes are same aspect so I suspect things might be similar over there. May drive east and look in the Norries instead.
