Well done Tom.
Perhaps "Best Time" would be more accurate than "Record" given that conditions can vary so much for different attempts?
A massive undertaking and a great achievement. And what a day for it!
Also great account of Shane Ohly's winter round and attempt here: http://www.shaneohly.com/articles/2012/02/01/Charlie_Ramsay_Winter_Round_Attempt/ . The 2008 round makes particularly good reading.
Hi Tom "Well done"
> ... I think Tom's done 4 rounds in not much over a year.. fairly sure he did his Paddy to make it 3 in the year.. then this..

... Still - in the best tradition of this site - I can't help but ask what has he done on grit?
Time flies! This is my first round this year. My last round was the Paddy last July.

I first started climbing with Tom in the Lancashire quarries and can confirm he's not bad at all :0)
