Are there any non-ultra fell marathons (half or full) in the north wales area?
My mate suggested we do the snowdon road marathon but I politely declined on the basis it's on the road and suggested the alternative - mountain runs.

Thanks

Not in the north, and not a MM as such, but this of any interest?

Check out the might contain nuts website.

Mainly S Wales but I think there's a mid Wales one in there.

There's the Snowdonia Marathon? I've never done it but I think it's a mixture of tracks and tarmac.

This is harder than a road marathon. Visit all 1,000m peaks in north Wales.

Snowdonia Marathon (Marathon Eryri) is a road based event with a tiny bit through the slate quarry near the end.

Hurry up if you want two enter the marathon, nearly full.
