Hi, I lost a friend last month and I am planning on running the half marathon as he would e proud, its on the 17th March in liverpool, I am fit as I hill walk, climb and kayak, I am a freelance but not fit for running, went o a 3 mile run tonight and was ok is there any supplements or anyone got diet help which will help me out any information on anything will help me right now.
I hope someone can help.
