 Topic - Wanted: Near Edinburgh and would let me borrow a global compass?

Hi, I'm headed to Southern Chile and have read I need a global compass, or one optimised for southern hemisphere.
It seems a waste to buy one for 3 weeks when I have a perfectly good one for 90% of my needs.
Does anyone near Edinburgh have a global compass and would let me borrow it? You can have my Silva Expedition 4 in return for the duration.
Just on the off chance.
