/ 12mm Tubular Tape
Does such stuff even exist? The standard Beal stuff is either 16mm or 26mm.

Roca is the only company that I´ve seen that sells 12mm tubular for years though one of the American companies might, they like tape over there.
I got some 9/16" tubular tape from a store called Rays-Tek on a well known auction site, can't put the link here as UKC won't allow it unless I pay them.
Cost 99p per metre and was ideal for making a springer type leash with a swivel from a sailing shop to get rid of any tangles. Hope this helps.
