| Just bought the above heart monitor and cadence bike computer. Just wondering whether I've made a good/wise decision? Also, any tips for getting the best out of it and the Turbo Trainer I have borrowed. Made the daft decision to do the Fred Whitton, so needing to train. Help on all fronts would be greatly appreciated. |
