For Sale: Rock Exotica Soloist
Designed for roped soloing whilst free climbing (unlike the solo-aid) on lead. This is a much more economical solution than the Silent Partner (£200+) and much safer than a "death modified" grigri.
I only used it a few times, and found it very simple to set up and use; the rope ran much smoother than my previous attempts using a grigri.
