/ New indoor wall Sheffield
Awesome Walls Climbing Centres are building a new venue in East Sheffield.
Planning permission has been granted and the final drawings for all the necessary work are now completed so steel fabrication should commence shortly, Rockworks should be on site in March.
The centre will comprise of-
104 lines (possible 312+ routes)
3 Bouldering areas
Lead walls 14m-15.5m in height
Major 23m competition wall overhanging by 12m
Dedicated children's climbing zone
Auto belay climbing area
On site parking for 70+ cars
Indoor bike racks

Due to the size of the project it's hard to put an opening date on it but we'll be aiming for mid 2013.

You could add to that; The wall will be well positioned to take advantage of the HS2 high speed rail line, offering world class facilities just 1hr 10mins from London.
