/ Chew / Longdendale Conditions
I would be surprised, happily so. I do not think it has been that cold and the snow is looking a but thin.
As I say happy to be proved wrong be anyone, who hass been up and about.
Drove over Woodhead on thursday and there's still a lot of big snow banks around. Seepy ice will be forming but it hasn't really been cold enough for bigger flowing streams to form.
I guess it was fairly mild yesterday - we went for a play in one of the streams (Nether Red Brook) and other than 2 short steps at the top, there was no ice left. Good fun day out though :-)
