Bought this brand new yesterday and have the receipt as proof of purchase. Stupidly in a rush to get to work and beat getting a parking ticket I bought the regular size (M) not small, I got this home tried it on and realised I only have a half an inch left of material before it won't go any smaller. So need to sell to fund getting the smaller one
