...because it had some better equipment on it than the Allez that they had in the shop and it has a higher level of comfort.

Probably the end of March before I can use it so its sitting in the spare room where I can stare at it longingly.

Trainerroad is an online virtual trainer that is excellent - good demo videos on their website.
Good choice of bike - I have the Secteur Elite 2010 and have cycled across France (north to south) and across the Spanish Pyrenees (west to east) and it has performed admirably, I've also raced short and long distance triathlons and used it for commuting and a general weekend bike.
